One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) juan236 account only. Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

3. Using the Platform while under the age of 21.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in game odds, prices, or information displayed on the Platform that are subsequently corrected.

juan236's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit juan236's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

juan236 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will be used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and — where you have consented — marketing communications. juan236 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be paid out to you following completion of any pending wagering requirements and identity verification, provided no outstanding compliance issues are identified.

Termination by juan236: juan236 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC or AML documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or deceptive activity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, juan236 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where account closure is initiated by juan236 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through juan236's support and dispute resolution process (see Section 14) shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall limit juan236's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
